What we look for
- Single family homes, multi family, condos, apartments, and vacant land.
- Little to no rehab. Plumbing and electric should already be updated.
- No older than 1965. No recent builds.
- Open to HOAs as long as there is no rent restrictions.
- We buy creatively or via cash. Prioritize cash flow or 10% return.
- Charlotte and Triad, NC. ARV $450,000.
- Columbia, Greensville, SC; ARV $450k. Islands around Charleston, SC; ARV $800k
- Nationwide - flexible with criteria as long as it makes a strong rental
